• Knowledge in Patching.
• Knowledge in Cloning.
• Knowledge in Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in debug all components of the Oracle 11i and R12.
• Knowledge in Install,upgrade,migrate,tune Oracle E-business suites.
• Knowledge with DR setup and maintenance.
• Good client interaction with good communication skill.
• Document processes and work as team members.
• Contribute to overall capacity planning and configuration management.
• Ready for quick learning.
• Work with application teams and Team leaders to provide remote support.
• Managing Oracle Support.
• Suggest changes and planning.
• Resolve application and database errors.
